"Don't Carry It Home: Finding Balance in the Work of Helping Others" is a practical, honest and encouraging workshop for nonprofit professionals and volunteers who care hard and give a lot. Participants will learn how to recognize when the work is getting too heavy, support one another, set healthier limits and stay connected to the purpose behind their work. Registration is initially limited to one person per organization. If more than one individual from your organization would like to attend, please email additional names and contact information to Kati@BayouCF.org to be placed on our waiting list. Should seats be available after registration deadline, they will be offered to those on the waiting list.
